Despite my efforts (or sometimes because of them!), bugs and errors will make their way into the program. Pymapper writes a log file (pymapper_errors.log) to the folder where you installed the program, and that usually contains helpful information. If pymapper crashes, please send an email to bugs@pymapper.com with the following information:

• Program version
• Operating system
• The  pymapper_errors.log file (from the installation folder)
• Any other text or system error messages
• A description of the problem, and steps to recreate the crash
